Shotoween performs 'shot peening' on metal components according to customer specifications and applicable industry standards (such as AMS 2430). Despite our diligence, we are not liable for:

• Damage resulting from hidden defects in the components supplied by the customer.
• Delays caused by force majeure.
• Indirect damage, such as consequential damage or loss of profit.

3. Intellectual Property

All information, documentation, process parameters, and technical know-how on this website and used in our services are and remain the intellectual property of Shotoween. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit this information without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy & Data

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Technical specifications and blueprints provided by customers are treated confidentially and used solely for executing the order.

5. Disputes & Law

All agreements with Shotoween are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will initially be submitted to the competent court in the district where Shotoween is located.
